Job summary

ABA Centers of Delaware is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in New Castle, DE. The position offers a relocation package up to $15K and student loan forgiveness up to $24K, with a flexible, client-centered work culture and manageable caseloads.

The BCBA will design and supervise skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, oversee RBTs, and conduct assessments to determine intervention needs. Candidates must hold a BCBA certification and have a master's degree.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 (Full-Time)
