Job summary

Board Intelligence is a high-growth SaaS and advisory firm seeking a Consulting Manager with 3–5 years’ experience in a Big 4 or boutique strategy/management consulting. You will own the delivery of high-impact advisory work for boards, shaping solutions, building relationships and developing your profile as a trusted advisor.

You will contribute across the advisory portfolio—strategy, governance and executive advisory—collaborating with Product and Technology teams to weave advisory insights

Qualifications

• Experience delivering strategy and governance consulting.
• Direct work with senior executives and board-level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of consulting engagements across advisory portfolio with high-quality outputs.
• Deliver strategic advisory engagements on strategy development, execution planning and governance.
• Deliver advisory services including board effectiveness reviews and governance advisory.
• Develop actionable insights and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Assist clients in developing strategic plans, roadmaps and performance frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops with boards and senior leaders to align stakeholders.
