Halliwell Jones Warrington is looking for a BMW New Car Sales Executive.

Your role
Passionate about delivering a premium customer experience in a brand built on innovation and performance? We have an exciting opportunity for a BMW New Car Sales Executive at Halliwell Jones Warrington. Join our high-performing team at our state-of-the-art dealership, featuring BMW and MINI Showrooms, Aftersales, and a cutting-edge Bodyshop.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve agreed sales targets for new BMW vehicles within set financial guidelines.
  • Engage with customers, capture key contact details, and follow up within 24 hours to provide a first-class buying experience.
  • Contribute to innovation – Play an active role in shaping sales strategies, processes, and policies to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain full compliance with all financial and FCA regulations.

Your profile

  • Proven sales, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Strong presentation, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure, particularly when working to tight deadlines.
  • An enthusiastic, dynamic, and team-orientated personality.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
  • Weekend working required – one weekend on, one weekend off.
  • IT literate – knowledge of MS Office & CRM systems preferred.
