Job summary

Vines Group in the United Kingdom seeks skilled vehicle technicians to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and technical issues on premium BMW and MINI vehicles.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
• City & Guilds qualification or other adequate qualifications.
• BMW Senior Technician qualification or equivalent from prestigious retailer.
• Experience in the diagnosis, servicing, maintenance, and repair of motor vehicles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and technical issues on our vehicles.
• Diagnose and carry out repairs effectively and efficiently within manufacturers’ servicing and repair times.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles according to BMW standards
• Advise and report on vehicle and parts faults and servicing requirements noticed while working on vehicles, including future servicing repair requirements
• Look for ways to identify future customer costs savings by recommending preventative maintenance and appropriate vehicle expenditure

Salary Bandings | Salary | OTE

• Service Technician (Non Brand /ATA) | £35,500 | £41,200 *up to £35,500 depending on experience
• Accredited Service Technician | £41,000 | £45,000
• Accredited Senior Technician | £45,000 | £50,000

What you will be doing:
