Job summary

Sytner Group is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Estimator to join our busy accident repair centre in Leicester. You will inspect damaged vehicles, prepare accurate estimates, and liaise with customers and insurers to ensure fair, transparent costings.

Proficiency with estimating platforms (Audatex or GT Motive), strong communication skills, and a full UK driving licence are essential. ATA VDA accreditation is desirable but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bodyshop Estimator, Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA), or similar role.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair methods and accident damage assessment.
• Experience using estimating platforms such as Audatex or GT Motive.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bodyshop Estimator to join our busy and successful accident repair centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual who has a strong understanding of vehicle repair methods, estimating systems, and insurance processes.

As a Bodyshop Estimator, you will play a key role in managing repair costs, liaising with customers and insurers, and ensuring repairs are accurately assessed and costed.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates.
• Liaise with customers, insurers, engineers, and work providers.

What We’re Looking For
