The University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is hiring a BMS Technician to ensure the cost-efficient operation of building environmental control systems across the hospital estate. The role involves installing, commissioning, programming, troubleshooting and maintaining BMS-driven HVAC and water systems to support safe, comfortable and compliant environments.

Salary ranges from £36,883 to £44,899 per year, inclusive of a 15% Recruitment & Retention Premia.

Responsabilités

• Maintain BMS installations, plant and equipment to ensure reliability.
• Program BMS controls and sequences, monitor operations, troubleshoot and refine settings.
