Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a BMS Static Engineer for a prestigious, large static site in Mile End, East London. You will own the BMS operations on a single site, focusing on Trend BMS controls within a substantial building environment.

Responsibilities include maintenance, monitoring, fault finding, and optimisation of the BMS across HVAC systems, with an emphasis on energy efficiency and reliable operation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BMS Engineer or similar controls-focused role.
• Hands-on experience with Trend BMS systems is highly desirable.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across BMS controls and building services.
• Good understanding of HVAC systems and building services controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor and optimise the BMS across a large static site.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance and BMS inspections.
• Diagnose faults and resolve problems across BMS controllers and field devices.
• Work with Trend BMS systems and optimise controls performance.
• Monitor HVAC plant to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
• Adjust control strategies and setpoints to improve energy efficiency.
• Maintain service records and system documentation.
• Coordinate with on-site teams to resolve issues efficiently.
