Keldak in East London is seeking a Static BMS Service Engineer to support a large campus with a multi-building estate. This London-based role focuses on keeping Trend-based BMS running, reducing downtime and improving energy performance.
You will maintain, fault-find and optimise BMS infrastructure, undertake upgrades and minor projects, and become the go-to engineer with strong stakeholder relationships. Right to work in the UK is required; sponsorship is not available.

This is a rare opportunity to join a large East London campus, supporting a multi-building estate. You'll spend your time solving problems and improving systems, not sitting in traffic or being called out to the other side of town to a site you dontknow.
Working predominantly with Trend systems, you'll be responsible for maintaining, fault-finding and optimising BMS infrastructure across the site. You'll also get involved in small remedial works, upgrades and minor projects, giving you the chance to see improvements through from start to finish.
In return, you'll receive a salary of up to £55,000, a pension scheme, healthcare benefits and ongoing training and development.
