Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting a BMS Shift Engineer for a large Kings Cross site in London. The on-site role involves service and maintenance of Trend, Tridium and Distech BMS systems, with a salary up to £48,000 and overtime prospects.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years BMS experience, strong electrical knowledge, and familiarity with AutoCAD, IT networks and schematic interpretation. A full UK driving licence and relevant electrical qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and experience of BMS/HVAC.
• 1–2 years experience with BMS systems.
• Experience with Trend, Tridium/Niagara/Distech/Siemens (training provided).
• Ability to read Electrical & Mechanical schematics.
• Understanding of IT networks.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Controls training/experience.
• Experience with fault finding in electrical panels.
• Report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance checks on Trend, Tridium and Distech BMS on site.
• Provide technical assistance and support to clients regarding their BMS systems.
• Identify opportunities for improvement/remedial works to improve BMS performance.
• Prepare proposals and quoting of works as required.

BMS Shift Engineer - Kings Cross, London - Up to £48,000

Are you an experienced BMS engineer looking for a new role? Would you like to work on a static site?

CBW has a new opportunity for an experienced BMS Shift Engineer to join a leading FM company on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for the service & maintenance of BMS components and equipment, including sensors, controllers, actuators, and software systems. This role is based in Kings Cross on a large site. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000, overtime, further training and a route into further career progression.

Hours of work:

• 2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 off
• 7:30 am to 7:30 pm - Days
• 7:30 pm to 7:30 am - Nights

Key responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance checks on Trend, Tridium and Distech BMS’s on site.
• Provide technical assistance and support to clients regarding their BMS systems.

• Prepare proposals and quoting of works as required.
