Job summary

83zero is seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer to join our growing team and service BMS/BEMS systems across Central London. You will work with clients, engineers and contractors to ensure systems operate reliably and efficiently.

The role offers excellent earning potential with a salary around £50,000+ plus a Company Car or Car Allowance, along with ongoing training and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experienced BMS/BEMS service engineer
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Ability to service, maintain and optimise BMS control systems

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain BMS control systems across sites
• Carry out PPM, reactive maintenance and small project works
• Diagnose and resolve complex BMS faults and issues
• Complete system checks and diagnostics to optimise performance
• Respond to client requests professionally and efficiently
• Work alongside engineers, contractors and clients to deliver high-quality service
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and service activity
• Stay up to date with BMS technologies and industry developments
• Participate in the on-call rota
• Attend training and development opportunities to expand technical expertise
