Job summary

Team BMS is seeking an accomplished BMS Service Engineer on a contract to cover London and the M25. The assignment runs for 3–6 months with potential to extend, at a rate of £38–£45 per hour outside IR35.

Responsibilities include servicing and maintaining BMS control systems and small works. The role can be performed independently or within a team, and requires a CSCS Skill card and a full clean driving licence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with BMS controls and servicing.
• Experience with Trend control systems.
• CSCS Skill card or equivalent.
• Full clean driving licence.

BMS Service Engineer – Contract (3–6 months) – London & M25

We are offering an accomplished BMS Service Engineer £38 - 45 per hour (outside IR35) to join a well‑established Controls company on a contract to cover London and the M25 area. This is an initial 3–6 month contract with potential to extend further.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and maintenance on BMS Control systems along with small works.
• Work independently using your own skill and initiative as well as part of a larger team of engineers when required.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Exceptional technical knowledge and experience of the BMS sector.
• Proven experience of carrying out servicing and small works on BMS Controls Systems.
• Qualifications and experience with Trend control systems.
• CSCS Skill card or equivalent is essential.
• Full and clean driving licence.
