Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer to cover Manchester and surrounding sites, focusing on service, fault finding and EBO-based control. You will be responsible for commissioning, graphics, alarms and trends, and producing service reports.

The role requires strong BMS fault-finding skills, BACnet/Modbus experience, ability to read schematics, and a full UK driving licence, across commercial, healthcare or data centre environments.

Qualifications

• BMS service/controls engineering experience required.
• EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) experience essential.
• Good HVAC controls knowledge.
• Strong BMS fault-finding skills.
• Experience with BACnet / Modbus.

Responsibilities

• PPM and reactive BMS service across sites.

We're looking for an experienced BMS Service Engineer with strong Schneider Electric experience to work across commercial and critical environments.

The role:

• PPM and reactive BMS service
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Schneider EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO)
• Software modifications, graphics, alarms and trends
• Commissioning and optimisation
• Fault finding across AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, chillers, boilers and pumps
• Working with Schneider controllers, sensors, actuators and valves
• Customer-facing technical support
• Completing service reports and documentation

Looking for:

• BMS Service / Controls Engineering experience
• Strong Schneider Electric BMS experience
