Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd in Liverpool is seeking a hands-on BMS Project Manager to deliver mid- to large-scale BMS projects from concept to handover. You will manage commissioning, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure technical alignment with project specs while maintaining strong client liaison.

You'll work primarily office-based with occasional site visits in the North West. The role includes a comprehensive package with private healthcare, pension, and a company vehicle or car allowance.

Qualifications

• Proven BMS project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Trend or Tridium systems.
• Client-facing with excellent communication skills.
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware.

Our client is an established building controls specialist delivering BMS projects, service, and maintenance across the UK. Despite continued growth, they’ve retained a close-knit, family-run culture with excellent staff retention and a strong reputation in the market.

Operating across commercial projects, they are now looking to appoint a BMS Project Manager to support ongoing growth across the North West.

Role Overview: BMS Project Manager

This is a client-facing role managing BMS projects from initial concept through to completion. You will oversee delivery, ensure technical alignment, and manage commissioning and subcontractors across Trend and Tridium systems.

The role offers a high level of autonomy and variety, ideal for someone experienced in delivering mid-large sized BMS projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage BMS projects from concept through to handover
