Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd in Liverpool is seeking a hands-on BMS Project Manager to deliver mid- to large-scale BMS projects from concept to handover. You will manage commissioning, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure technical alignment with project specs while maintaining strong client liaison.

You'll work primarily office-based with occasional site visits in the North West. The role includes a comprehensive package with private healthcare, pension, and a company vehicle or car allowance.

Qualifications

• Proven BMS project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Trend or Tridium systems.
• Client-facing with excellent communication skills.
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware.
• Happy to be office based.

Responsibilities

• Manage BMS projects from concept through to handover.
• Liaise directly with clients and key stakeholders.
• Review software and ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Oversee commissioning and project delivery.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure timelines are met.
