Job summary

RGB Network in London is seeking a BMS Pre-Commissioning Engineer to support the delivery of Building Management System projects across London. You will focus on pre-commissioning activities, panel checks and point-to-point testing to ensure systems are ready for commissioning.

The ideal candidate has strong site experience with BMS controls, good attention to detail and a clear understanding of plant interfaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in BMS, controls, or building services environments.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and panel drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving on site.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out BMS pre-commissioning activities on live project sites.
• Complete panel inspections, wiring checks, and field device verification.
• Check controller installations, network connections and cabling.
• Support commissioning engineers with software loading and testing.
• Record test results and report issues to project teams.
• Review drawings and documentation to support testing.
• Collaborate with electrical and mechanical contractors and site teams.
• Maintain commissioning records and ensure safety compliance.
