Job summary

BMSI is seeking an experienced Building Management System (BMS) Support Engineer to join our Scotland team, within travelling distance of Dundee/Perth. You will support a diverse range of customer sites across the region, collaborating with a knowledgeable team and enjoying clear opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry and ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on Building Management Systems in line with customer service agreements.
• Diagnose faults and identify effective solutions to maintain system performance.
• Undertake small repairs and remedial works.
• Carry out routine inspections of BMS equipment to ensure optimal reliability and efficiency.
• Respond to service and breakdown calls when required.
• Produce clear and accurate service reports, documenting maintenance activities, repairs and customer interactions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive working relationships with clients.
