Job summary

Schneider Electric in the UK is seeking a BMS Service Engineer to support a diverse customer base, including blue-chip accounts. You will deliver proactive BMS and HVAC service, develop strong relationships, and drive service transformation while upholding IMPACT values.

The role requires field visits, detailed service reporting, and collaboration with Operations Managers and Sales to identify opportunities for upgrades and larger projects.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification / background with BMS and/or HVAC experience.
• Previous Field Service experience looking after customers.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Own your customer base to meet contractual requirements.
• Deliver best-in-class service.
• Work with customers to identify issues we can resolve.
• Provide clear service reports showing the value of the service.
• Proactively identify upgrades or repairs and provide quotes.
• Identify energy projects beneficial for both parties.
• Support Operations Managers and Sales with larger opportunities.
• Participate in the on-call rota and assist team members.
