• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for BMS projects, including hardware, software, and installation.
• Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to ensure all aspects of the project are considered.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure estimates reflect project requirements.
• Analyze historical project data to inform future estimates and improve accuracy.
• Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and clarify scope.
• Support the bidding process by preparing detailed proposals and assisting with commercial presentations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing, trends, and BMS technologies.
