Job summary

Optima Site Solutions Ltd seeks a Project Manager for BMS & Smart Building Systems in London. You will lead end-to-end delivery from design to handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, safe project execution.

The role covers HVAC controls, EMS and smart building tech, with responsibilities for procurement, commissioning and client liaison. Excellent leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven BMS project management experience across design, procurement, installation and handover.
• Strong leadership and communication to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with BMS platforms and integration projects including EMS and smart building tech.

Responsibilities

• Project delivery including programmes, resources, procurement, budgets, forecasts and risk reporting.
• Coordinate HVAC controls, panels, devices, graphics, energy dashboards and BACnet/Modbus integration.
• Oversee subcontractors, costs, procurement, site safety, inspections and QA.
• Lead testing, handover, documentation and client training with stakeholders.
