Job summary

Rullion is seeking a skilled BMS Design Engineer for a London-based role on a 6-month rolling contract outside IR35. The candidate will deliver comprehensive BMS designs, hardware/software configurations, and integration strategies for large projects.

Applicants should demonstrate strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical building systems, experience with BMS architecture, and the ability to work autonomously on-site and in offices. DBS required.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing BMS systems from initial scope to handover.
• Ability to interpret customer specifications for comprehensive design packages.
• Knowledge of BMS hardware, software architecture, and graphics configuration.

Responsibilities

• Develop BMS designs and scope packages for multiple disciplines including panel design and field equipment.
• Prepare BMS control system strategy documents and configuration.
• Coordinate BMS disciplines with external suppliers and contractors.
• Lead design delivery on large BMS projects and ensure on-time handover.
• Conduct site surveys and work around live plant and equipment.
• Utilise modern technologies and best practices in BMS projects.
