About the Role

Location: Egham, Surrey TW20

Salary: £23,422 - £30,200 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months | Full Time | Flexible First options available

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented BMS Coordinator to join our End User Projects team supporting our team in London and South East England. As the backbone of our operations, you will be joining our Administration team responsible for the administrative processes that keep our projects running smoothly.

In the role of BMS Coordinator, your work is crucial to our team's success. You'll oversee administration, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with all procedures for all projects. Your efforts are key in maintaining project progress from start to finish.

You will
  • Manage all administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Streamline project workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide support to our End User Projects team, serving as the go-to person for all administrative needs.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Address challenges proactively and identify solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
You have
  • Proven experience in office administration or project coordination, preferably in the Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) or construction industry.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident in interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of BEMS or HVAC systems is a plus but not required.
