A&E Controls is expanding and we're looking for a BMS Controls Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our experienced and supportive team. If you’re passionate about building performance, fault-finding, and energy efficiency, and you hold your 18th Edition certification, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on BMS systems across commercial and public-sector sites

Diagnose faults and implement solutions to keep systems running efficiently

Recommend system optimisations and energy-saving improvements

Work primarily across Central Scotland, with occasional wider travel

What We’re Looking For

Essential: BMS service and maintenance experience

Preferred: Familiarity with BACnet systems and Delta Controls (training provided)

A proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail and customer care
