Job summary

Pertemps Bond is recruiting a BMS Commissioning Engineer for a commercial project in London. Location: London- North Acton. Rate: £44.00 per hour. Hours: Monday to Friday—up to 10 hours a day, with overtime and weekends available.

You will commission and deliver Building Management Systems, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to specification, working closely with project teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Trend, Schneider, Tridium, Johnson Controls Metasys or similar platforms.
• Excellent understanding of HVAC systems, controls and BMS software.
• Experience working with live electrical and control systems.
• ECS/CSCS Card and SMSTS or SSSTS.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Commission and deliver Building Management Systems (BMS) on commercial projects.
• Configure software, perform testing and resolve technical issues.
• Support projects through to final handover and coordinate with project teams and clients.
