Job summary

Pertemps Heathrow is recruiting a BMS Commissioning Engineer for a commercial project in London. You will be responsible for commissioning and delivering Building Management Systems, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and adherence to specifications.

The role requires hands-on experience with BMS platforms (Trend, Schneider, Tridium, Metasys) and strong HVAC knowledge. You will work with project teams and clients, testing software and supporting handover processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer.
• Proven experience delivering commercial BMS commissioning projects.
• Strong knowledge of Trend, Schneider, Tridium, Johnson Controls Metasys or similar platforms.
• Excellent understanding of HVAC systems, controls and BMS software.

Responsibilities

• Commission and deliver Building Management Systems (BMS), ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to specification.
• Work closely with project teams and clients, configure software, carry out testing, resolve technical issues and support projects through to final handover.
