Job summary

Crucial People seeks a BMS Commissioning Engineer for data centres, pharma and critical infrastructure across the UK and Europe. You will be hands-on with systems like Trend, Tridium, Schneider and Siemens, delivering commissioning with QA/QC and full lifecycle involvement from FAT through IST.

The role requires roaming across sites in the UK and Europe, with organized travel and no sponsorship. Right To Work in the UK is required; candidates must have relevant work experience.

BMS Commissioning Engineer – Data Centres, Pharma & Critical Infrastructure (UK / Europe)

Most commissioning roles plateau because the work never really evolves. Same systems, same buildings, same level of responsibility.

This opportunity is different.

You will be working on data centres and critical environments across the UK and Europe, delivering commissioning properly with structured QA/QC, full lifecycle involvement from FAT through to IST, and exposure to complex plant and control strategies.

You will be hands‑on with systems such as Trend, Tridium, Schneider and Siemens, working in a team that expects engineers to understand the system, not just follow a checklist.

It will suit someone who is already competent but wants to move into more technically demanding environments, build depth across multiple platforms, and progress into senior or lead commissioning roles.

There is travel involved, but it is organised and fully supported.
