Job summary

Crucial People seeks a BMS Commissioning Engineer to cover South East UK projects. The role involves commissioning, testing, fault-finding, and integrating BMS systems across diverse sites, with exposure to Trend, Siemens, Priva, and BACnet/Modbus/M-Bus protocols.

Predominantly site-based with travel across the UK and occasional overnight stays. Must have CSCS/SSSTS and a full UK driving licence. Right to work in the UK and relevant experience are required.

• Valid CSCS and SSSTS.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Commission and validate BMS systems through to client handover.
• Modify software, graphics, and integrations across new and legacy environments.
• Support audits, reactive work, reports, and technical documentation.

South East | £42,000 to £60,000 + van + pension + 25 days holiday

This position gives you the chance to commission, test, fault-find, integrate, and optimise BMS systems across UK projects, with exposure to Trend, Siemens, Priva, and open protocol integration including BACnet, Modbus, and M-Bus.
