Job summary

BMSI is seeking an experienced BMS Applications Engineer/Senior Engineer to deliver Building Management Systems across multiple customer sites in the UK. The role covers design, engineering, commissioning, project delivery and small works management, with predominantly site-based work and occasional home working.

You will develop BMS software and graphics, conduct site surveys, and ensure project delivery within budget and schedule while coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience commissioning Building Management Systems.
• Qualified in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Trend, IQ Vision, Siemens and Tridium systems.
• Ability to develop BMS software and graphics.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CSCS, ECS or JIB registered, ideally with an ECS BMS Technician card.
• Provide telephone and on-site emergency and breakdown support.

The Role
