Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking an enthusiastic Barista Supervisor to lead the coffee bar and deliver exceptional service. You will prepare and serve high-quality beverages, coach team members and maintain an inviting, well-presented coffee area.

Join a hospitality-focused team that values excellence, teamwork and customer satisfaction. You will manage stock, tills and daily operations to ensure smooth service throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Proven barista experience with high-quality beverage prep.
• Passion for coffee and hospitality shown in service.
• Ability to lead by example and coach others.
• Strong communication and teamwork to run the shift smoothly.

Responsibilities
