Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for blockage crews and provide guidance.
• Support planning and productivity across the team.
• Promote safe working practices and deliver toolbox talks.
• Ensure fleet, plant and equipment availability for all teams.
• Mentor new team members and integrate them into the team.
• Maintain high-quality relationships with clients and the public.
• Assist with recruitment and resource selection.
• Operate and maintain drainage fleet and high-pressure jetting equipment.
• Perform pre-start checks on vehicles and equipment.
• Attend reactive and planned sewer maintenance tasks to clear blockages.
• Manage environmental safety and bio-hazard clean-ups.
