Job summary

Impact Recruitment are recruiting for a permanent Production Operative based in Daventry. You'll join a hands-on manufacturing environment with full training provided and regular overtime opportunities.

Role involves weighing, measuring and blending raw materials, operating production equipment safely and maintaining accurate records. Physical work, good numeracy and reliability are essential to meet production targets.

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing or blending is preferred.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to weigh, measure and record information.
Physically fit with ability for manual handling.
Reliable with good attendance and timekeeping.
Flexible with overtime and early starts.

Responsibilities

Assist with weighing, measuring and blending of raw materials according to production specs.
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
Accurately record production information and maintain detailed records.
Label raw materials and store them properly.
Carry and lift large sacks and drums of materials.
Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail.
Work toward production targets and deadlines.
Follow health, safety and quality procedures.
