Job summary

Advanced Innergy Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Blending Operative in Skelmersdale to support manufacturing operations. You will blend, weigh and dispense materials, ensure traceability, complete batch records and operate weighing systems and scanners safely.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, teamwork and COSHH awareness. A proactive approach to safety, quality and continuous improvement is valued.

Responsibilities

• Carry out blending preparation and support activities in accordance with approved procedures, work orders and batch records.
• Pick, stage, weigh and dispense materials accurately while maintaining full traceability and stock control.
• Complete batch documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Operate equipment, weighing systems, scanners and material handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Verify material identity, batch numbers, labels, release status, expiry dates and quantities before use.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, contamination control and line clearance within the blending area.
• Follow COSHH requirements, PPE guidance and safe working procedures when handling materials.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity and operational performance.

The role:

AIS is looking for a Blending Operative to support our manufacturing operations by carrying out blending activities safely, accurately and in line with approved procedures. You'll play a key role in ensuring materials are prepared, weighed and processed correctly, helping us deliver high-quality products to our customers on time while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and operational excellence.
