Job summary

BBF Limited is seeking a motivated professional to support the development and implementation of sustainability and SHE reporting across the Group, collaborating with the Group SHE Team and Functional Leads. You will collect, analyse and report data to ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance.

The role involves maintaining data systems, supporting audits and driving continuous improvement in BBF's sustainability and SHE performance across the business.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support the ongoing development and implementation of sustainability and Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) reporting processes across the Group. Working closely with the Group SHE Team and Functional Leads, you will play a key role in collecting, analysing, and reporting sustainability and SHE data for BBF. This position is essential in ensuring accurate and timely reporting, supporting compliance requirements, and driving continuous improvement in sustainability and SHE performance across the business.

Key Requirements

• Work in close collaboration with SHE team and functional departments with sustainability / SHE reporting requirements to support understanding and method to report / manage data, ensuring systems and platforms are fully utilised.
• Manage existing data and reporting systems to meet BBF requirements. This will include but not be limited to sustainability and SHE reporting.
• Be a focal point for cross business support and troubleshooting Sustainability / SHE data systems and platforms.
• Collate data to support internal review and third-party reporting compliance.
• Support ESG / SHE auditing across BBF.
