Job summary

Cornerstone Community Care is seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to support a lady in her own home. The role involves 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday afternoons, with very flexible times and a focus on enabling independence.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, light domestic tasks and laundry, with opportunities for crafts, gardening, and outdoor activities as abilities allow. Training is provided and PVG scheme may be required.

Job description

10 hours per week Monday to Friday afternoon (Very flexible with times).

I am an easy-going lady who requires a Personal Assistant to provide support to me within my own home. I have cardiac issues and lymphedema in both legs, which cause me mobility issues, however I try to be as independent as possible.

I am quite quiet but also have a great sense of humour. I need some support with personal care, preparing meals, light domestic work and laundry. I enjoy various kinds of crafts like crochet and card and jewellery making. I love being outdoors and in the garden and if I’m able, some light gardening.

Relevant training will be given.

Membership of the PVG Scheme may be required.
