Apple Inc. seeks a Manager, Biz Ops Support to lead Operations Systems across the organization, ensuring sustainable performance and delivery of customer commitments. You will manage a skilled team, drive improvements, and collaborate with business and tech partners to optimize processes.

You will shape strategic and operational priorities, develop KPIs, and implement automation to reduce defects and incidents while maintaining strong stakeholder communications.

Formación

• 5 years of line management or program management in global organizations.
• Experience in Enterprise Application Support Management and leading teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing WW Biz Ops Support team to achieve operational and strategic goals.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and SLAs for the Biz Ops Support Center of Excellence.
• Coordinate incident management, downtime communication, and root-cause analysis with IS&T and business partners.
