Birmingham Store Assistant Manager
Full Time

£27,000 per year

The Role

We are seeking a Store Assistant Manager to support our new branch - Oseyo Birmingham. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall store operations, inspiring and engaging the team, and embodying our brand values with a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage stock control and place orders
2. Train and develop team members
3. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
4. Achieve operational targets and maximize sales
5. Organize logistics and handle deliveries, including lifting heavy goods
6. Provide excellent customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels
7. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
8. Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
9. Report on buying trends, customer needs, and profits
10. Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
11. Safely lift and move items weighing up to 23kg regularly in a fast-paced retail environment
12. Work approximately 40 hours per week, excluding breaks
