Job summary

A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced IP Solicitor at Partner level to establish and lead a new Birmingham IP team. The role offers scope to develop client relationships and grow the practice across the UK and international network.

Candidates should have UK qualified IP experience at senior level, strong business development capabilities, and a credible plan to build the Birmingham practice. An existing following is not essential but advantageous.

Qualifications

• Qualified IP solicitor with senior-level experience.
• Strong track record in building and leading teams.
• Proven ability to develop and grow a practice and generate new business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the firm's new Birmingham IP team.
• Build a successful contentious and non-contentious IP practice across patents, trade marks, copyright and designs.
