Job summary

The Banking & Finance team at eNL Legal in Birmingham is seeking a Solicitor with 3–10 years' PQE to manage a varied non-contentious banking caseload, including acquisition finance, corporate lending, and project finance, with cross-border exposure.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years' PQE in banking & finance
• Non-contentious banking experience essential
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness

Responsibilities

• Handle acquisition finance and leveraged finance transactions
• Advise on corporate lending for lenders and borrowers
• Deal with bilateral and syndicated lending arrangements
• Draft facility agreements, security documents and intercreditor agreements
• Work on asset-backed and receivables finance
• Involvement in project finance and cross-border financing
• ISDA documentation and credit support matters
