Job summary

Qualifications

• Secondary education or Level 3 qualification with interest in logistics.
• Experience in import/export logistics within biotech/pharma is desirable.
• Knowledge of international trade regs and customs procedures is desirable.
• Experience with ERP systems and tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export processes, including shipping docs and customs clearance.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure timely shipments.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations (HTS, Incoterms, biosafety).
• Maintain accurate shipping records and SOP compliance.
• Handle temperature-sensitive and cryogenic shipments per requirements.
• Collaborate with Procurement/Stores to ensure stock of logistics consumables.
• Record inventory movements in ERP and monitor shipment tracking.
