Job summary

MMS Holdings Inc. is seeking a senior Biostatistician to lead biostatistics programs within our clinical research team. You will provide day-to-day technical and operational leadership to project teams and collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality statistical deliverables.

The role involves writing Statistical Analysis Plans and sections of Clinical Study Reports, mentoring Biostatisticians, and ensuring sound methodologies in study design, analysis, and data handling.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in statistical science, mathematical analysis or related field with at least 5 years' relevant experience.
• Alternatively a Master’s degree in these fields with at least 8 years' relevant experience.
• Demonstrated exceptional ability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead statistical and programming teams and interact with clients to plan and deliver project plans and quality deliverables.
• Coach, mentor, develop, provide technical review, advice and expertise to Biostatisticians assigned to the programs/projects.
• Ensure sound statistical methodologies in study design, sample size estimation, statistical analysis planning, data handling, statistical modeling and testing, analysis and reporting.
• Write Statistical Analysis Plans and statistical methodologies sections of Clinical Study Reports; perform peer review of SAPs and other technical documents.

Education

PhD in statistical science or related field
