Job summary

MMS is a data-focused clinical research organization with a global footprint. We seek a senior statistician to lead statistical and programming teams, design analyses, mentor Biostatisticians, and contribute to SAPs and reports. You will interact with clients and internal leaders to deliver high-quality results.

The role emphasizes methodological soundness, leadership, and collaboration across programs and submissions, supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, and device industries.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Significant contribution may substitute the years of experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical and operational leadership to project teams supporting programs/projects.
• Coach, mentor, develop and provide technical review to Biostatisticians assigned to programs/projects.
• Lead statistical and programming teams and interact with clients and/or internal project leaders to plan and implement plans and deliverables.
• Ensure sound statistical methodologies in study design, sample size estimation, analysis planning, data handling and modeling.
• Write SAPs, Statistical Reports, and participate in peer reviews of technical documents.
