Job summary

YTL UK is hiring for a Bioresources role in Trowbridge. You will join a forward-thinking team, working with a range of equipment, assets and processes to support essential operations.

You’ll manage daily tasks, monitor performance, and look for improvements while maintaining site cleanliness and safety. The role includes weekend work, standby duties, and a 8-hour shift pattern with progressive responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Valid full UK manual driving licence.
• Willingness to learn and upskill.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimise process performance in the field and via SCADA systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and site activities to keep operations running smoothly.
• Suggest improvements to day-to-day performance and share ideas with the team.
• Keep the site tidy and well-organised.
• Communicate daily with wider teams.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, processes and procedures.
• Promote and uphold health, safety and welfare of all colleagues, visitors, the public and yourself.
