Job summary

Severn Trent Water is seeking a Compliance Technician within the Bioresources team to ensure safe, compliant operations across sites. You will monitor performance, developed management systems and reports, and coordinate regulatory submissions.

The role requires analytical skills, proactive problem solving, and strong stakeholder engagement, with a UK driving licence and travel between sites. Severn Trent offers training, benefits, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating with stakeholders across teams.
• Strong analytical skills using data, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of management systems, compliance processes, environmental regulations or operational environments.
• Proactive, organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Full UK driving licence; travel between sites will be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain and develop management systems, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Coordinate important documentation, action plans and regulatory submissions.
• Develop emergency response plans and ensure Health, Safety and Environmental standards are met.
• Build relationships with operational teams to drive continuous improvement.
