Qualifications

• Degree in science or biotechnology field; advanced degrees valued.
• Minimum 2 years in corporate/consulting environments (pharma focus preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support complex projects across healthcare and therapeutic areas (oncology, immunology, CVMD, rare disease).
• Assist in medical planning, evidence generation, and launch readiness.
• Contribute to strategic advisory engagements and client proposals.
• Engage in internal training, thought leadership, and teambuilding activities.
• Help develop the local leadership culture and cross-functional alignment.
