Job summary

Veramed is seeking an experienced Biometrics Project Manager to lead biometrics delivery across Data Management, Biostatistics, and Statistical Programming. You will manage timelines, risks and client expectations while optimising resources to ensure quality delivery and financial performance.

This client-facing leadership role requires industry experience, CRO exposure, and strong knowledge of CDISC standards, with focus on schedule adherence and cross-functional collaboration to drive project

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
5-7 years in clinical research with project management experience.
Experience leading biometrics functions in CRO or similar.
Knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM) and regulatory aspects.
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and coordination of multiple biometrics projects across DM, Biostatistics, and Programming to ensure on-time delivery.
Act as primary client-facing project manager, maintaining trust and clear communication on progress and finances.
Monitor budgets, manage scope changes, and drive reconciliation with contracts team for revenue targets.
Identify risks, ensure GCP/regulatory compliance, and escalate CAPAs with QA input.
Contribute to process improvements and support proposals and bid defenses.
