Responsibilities

• Provide specialist technical support to BNDU/ MRC CoRE RND research projects using animals.
• Lead the BSF support team, including a BSF Research Technician, and line manage staff.
• Ensure facility and user compliance with international, national and local regulations and guidelines on the use of animals in research.
• Collaborate with BNDU and MRC CoRE RND researchers to support neuroscience research aligned to the program vision.
• Support ongoing training and assessment of researchers in regulated procedures.
