Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse blood, tissue, urine and other samples for clinical diagnosis.
• Specialise into clinical chemistry, haematology, microbiology, histology, cytology or transfusion.
• Work across NHS pathology labs, private labs, public health labs and pharma R&D.
• Interpret results and provide quality assurance.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment.
• Report results to clinicians.
