The successful candidate will rotate across the Microbiology laboratory, require strong IT, communication, and organisational skills, and be HCPC registered or working towards IBMS Registration Portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must be HCPC registered.
• IBMS Registration Portfolio completed or in progress.
• Trainee BMS may be considered with Annex Band 5 pending portfolio completion.

Responsibilities

• Process clinical specimens for microbiological testing and interpret results.
• Provide high-quality diagnostics to support patient care and service delivery.
• Rotate through the Microbiology department and work well under pressure within a team.
