An opportunityhas arisen for an experienced HCPC-registered Specialist Biomedical Scientistwithin our Histology department based at Cellular Pathology Services, Watford.
Our department operates from Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm. We are looking for a candidate who have completed their IBMS specialist portfolio in Histopathology Department and can demonstrate equivalent knowledge and skills. The successful candidate is expected to provide Histology services including dissection, embedding, microtomy, cryotomy, special stains, Immunohistochemistry & able to perform quality checks.
You are expected to be proactive, motivated and a team player with an excellent communication skill. The successful candidate will also have opportunities to progress in their careers.
We are UKAS accredited and a recognised HCPC / IBMS training laboratory.
