Job summary

Pulse Healthcare Limited is recruiting a Biomedical Scientist specialising in Blood Sciences for a permanent role in Carlisle, Cumbria. The post is full-time with 247 shifts and a competitive hourly rate, offering the chance to contribute to a busy laboratory service.

You will perform a range of Blood Sciences duties and be able to work solo out-of-hours shifts as required, with a focus on accuracy, quality, and teamwork in a NHS-adjacent environment.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Experience in Haematology, Blood Transfusion & Biochemistry within the NHS is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• NHS experience is preferred.
