We are looking for an ambitious Biomedical Scientist to join our dedicated team within North West London Pathology.
Applications are sought from self-motivated individuals with experience working in a busy and dynamic blood sciences laboratory, haematology and blood transfusion laboratory, or clinical biochemistry laboratory.
We value excellent technical, interpersonal, and IT skills, and are seeking individuals eager to develop their knowledge and skills, helping to advance biomedical science into the future.
Your effective communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively will make you an ideal fit for our team.
You will be instrumental in delivering, maintaining, and developing the high-quality services our laboratory provides, maintaining our quality management system, and ensuring our clinical users receive the best care possible.
The department includes routine haematology, blood transfusion, clinical biochemistry, haemostasis, blood film morphology, spectrophotometry, osmolality testing, special haematology, haemoglobinopathy testing, and blood-borne virus testing.

The NWLP induction runs on the first Monday of each month (excluding bank holidays) and includes laboratory training relevant to your role. All new staff must attend during their first week.
